Discover historical places, get a nice tour through the city, climb a tower or relax on the lake with other medical students from all over the world! 

During the summer months (July, August and September) swimsa exchanges provides to incomings a national social program in five different cities (Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich). A one day train ticket, guidance through the city by our LEOs (Local Exchange Officers) and a nice meal is offered. Let's meet the other exchange students and have an unforgettable day together! Enjoy it and have a lot of fun!
